Minimum Wage Increase - A Prompt to Review Staff Pay

From April 2026, new National Minimum Wage (NMW) and National Living Wage (NLW) rates have come into effect across Northern Ireland. While the increases are welcome for staff, they also serve as an important reminder for early years providers to review their current pay structure.
