Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Marketing Services for the Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme

Early Years (the Client) wishes to appoint a Supplier for the supply and delivery of its brand and marketing services, specifically in relation to the Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme.
Tender proposals should be submitted by email by 5 pm GMT on Monday 27 April 2026 to tenders@early-years.org.
Tenders received after the closing date will not be considered.
Tenders proposals should be submitted using the Supplier Response document supplied (Annex 1 Supplier Response).
Any clarification questions should be submitted by 5pm GMT Monday 20th April to tenders@early-years.org.
The successful organisation will be contacted at the end of the process.
