+ Q. I can't remember my username for the Membership Portal

We recommend that you use your email address as your username.

If you received an email invitation to renew your membership your username should be detailed in this email.

+ Q. I can't remember my password for the Membership Portal

Click on the "Forgot your password?". button on the sign in page which will email a link to reset your password.

+ Q. I have an Early Years Specialist contract which includes a discounted membership fee however I am prompted to pay when I renew my membership online?

Membership fees are included in your Early Years Specialist contract. Payment should be bypassed for members with a current contract.

If you have yet to return your online acceptance form for the Early Years Specialist Support Service contract, please ensure you complete your online contract acceptance form and have arranged payment before continuing with this membership renewal.
