Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit a Project Supervisor – Grant Administration Scheme to join the Early Years Team.

Manages a group of up to 8 team members (3 in office and 5 sub contacted)  to meet a set of highly defined project outcomes to deliver a government funded grant scheme. This will include:

• The effective administration of government funds to all eligible beneficiaries

• Using effective feedback and communication techniques to ensure effective administration

• Assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities

• Communicating business goals

• Project deadlines

• Staff performance with management team through the use of technology and using industry and company knowledge to offer a customer-focused experience.
