Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit an Early Years Assistant to work in Rainbow SureStart. 

There are two opportunities available: 18 hours per week, Term Time

Post 1: Monday 9am-2pm, Tuesday 9am-2.30pm, Wednesday 9-5pm

Post 2: Wednesday 9am-2.30pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-2pm 

We should ensure children attending the Developmental Programme for 2-3 year-olds and any other SureStart programme have the best start in life by providing a safe, welcoming, high quality, inclusive early education environment, working to improve the ability to learn, improve health and improve social development of children, ante-natal to four years of age.  

We should work in partnership with families to promote and facilitate positive parenting and the enhancement of the role of parents as ‘first educators’.
