Consultation on the draft Executive Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) Strategy
On 17th December the Education Minister launched a draft Executive “Early Learning and Childcare Strategy” for consultation. Early Years - the organisation for young children, will be holding multiple consultation meetings to seek feedback on the draft strategy.

The Draft Strategy sets out three key priorities:
Children: High-quality early learning and care for every child.
Families: Affordable, accessible provision to support working parents.
Sector & Workforce: A sustainable, well-supported workforce with fair pay and professional recognition.
