This 2 day course is designed for practitioners implementing the HighScope approach and practitioners using other approaches with children under three years of age in Day Care, Creche and Sure Start settings.
This 2 day course provides participants with the opportunity to explore the content of the HighScope Child Observation Record Core Tool (COR) and examines how participants can use the tool to support, assess and plan for children’s individual stages of development and share the information with parents.

This 2 day course provides a detailed look at HighScope's Growing Readers Early Literacy Curriculum and focuses specifically on strategies for actively engaging preschool children in small group activities in comprehension, phonological awareness, alphabetic principle and concepts about print.
