Early Years – the organisation for young children is a non-profit making, membership-based organisation which has been working since 1965 to promote high quality childcare, education and family support.
We are currently seeking applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer. This exciting role has responsibility for the overall strategic development of the organisation, with responsibility for policy, planning and the financial direction, managing a number of key senior staff. Reporting to the Board of Directors and supporting the Board in carrying out their legal and financial responsibilities as Trustees, the post holder will act as Company Secretary for the organisation with responsibility for achieving the agreed outcomes articulated in the strategic and operational plans.
