How do I join online?

You will need to complete a Membership Form which can be accessed from 1 September.

How long does it take for a membership to become active?

Members who renew online and pay by credit card are automatically activated. Members who mail their application or choose to pay by cheque or request an invoice should have their membership activated within 10 days of the receipt of payment.

How long does my membership last for?

The 2015/16 membership year will last for 12 months, from 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2016.

What is a Lapsed Member?

Members who do not renew within 30 days of their expiration date are considered a Lapsed member. Access to member services and benefits will be denied.

As a new member, when can I avail of membership benefits?

Members can avail of the benefits right away. You will be able to arrange Insurance through Lockton, get discounted rates on play equipment and resources from Hope Education and avail of a discount in banking transactions with Danske Bank, to name but a few.

What is Early Year's refund policy?

No refunds are provided on membership fees.

What is my password for the Members Only section of the Early Years website?

You may request to have an email sent to the email address on your membership record with your password. Or you may contact the Membership Officer for assistance on +44 (0)28 9038 7904.

Where do I locate my membership ID number?

Your Early Years membership ID number appears on your Early Years membership card, mailed in the first month of becoming a member. It is also your username for logging into the Members Only section of our website. If neither of these are available, members may request to have it sent to the email in their membership record or contact the Membership Officer for assistance.
