We are still in the planning stages and will circulate a finalised schedule of specific exhibition times prior to the event.

Exhibition viewing opportunities are available during registration, refreshment and lunch breaks. Both venues offer a large exhibition space that is located within the vicinity of refreshment stations. The formal conference activities will conclude at 4:00pm. It is always advisable to ensure your stand is staffed outside of these times as there will be delegates in attendance throughout the day.
Please complete and return the application form, along with a non-refundable 50% payment, to Joanna Gray, Events Manager, to secure your space. Applications will be taken on a first come first served basis and cannot be accepted without the required payment. Final payment is required by 30th April 2019. Whilst venues offer large exhibition space, we do envisage this will sell out early. A reserve list will be established once the exhibition space is filled. Space will be allocated by the Event Manager.
