


Siobhan has responsibility for policy and strategic development, relationships with the Inter-departmental Group on Early Years, Childcare Partnerships, and Pre-school Education Advisory Groups. She also manages Cross Border relationships and International partnerships. Siobhan is the European representative on the World Forum Foundation for early years care and education.

Barney McNeany, has recently been appointed to the new Early Years post of Deputy Chief Executive. Barney's main responsibilities will be to lead and manage Early Years in support of its key objectives through the direct management of senior staff and in supporting the Board and the Chief Executive. Barney will have a lead responsibility for the internal management of the organisation and managing external relationships with commissioners of services.

Clare is responsible for programmatic content and service design. She is also responsible for building capacity among Early Years staff to deliver high quality support and training to Early Years Providers.

Pauline is responsible for implementing Early Years' international strategy. This includes expanding the opportunities for the early year's sector to experience best models from elsewhere including High/Scope and Reggio Emilia. Pauline also supports Early Years' transnational work in strategic partnership with civic society, ECD and other governmental and non-governmental organisations, parents and local communities in Eastern Europe and beyond.
